Accessibility Analysis of Urban Green Space: The Case of Erbil City

Urban green areas are open spaces in urban that mainly covered by vegetation. They can be public or private include parks, community gardens, forests, and nature reserves. Parks an important component of quality life if they well designed accessible. Accessible parks contribute to physical activity among residents. Therefore, the objective study was identify most significant main accessibility factors discourage use areas, examine extent which influence residential city Erbil. This conducted 2017 2020 measure using network analysis with GIS for Erbil city. The present represents first known investigation regarding within results show 68% population has access a travel time 5 minutes, 99% 10 100% 15 minutes. For district 70% had minute drive time. With 10-minute time, 96% 15-minute neighborhood 43% 5-minute walk and, 71% walk. At 80% residents parks. Mini were accessed 22% 52% walk, mini accessible population.
